Mitchell Ayes (he/him) has been an Associate at Callahan & Fusco since 2007 and became a Partner in 2016. In that time, he has represented several multinational corporations and Fortune 500 companies. He specializes in the areas of premises liability, transportation, casualty litigation, products liability, dram shop, and hospitality matters for a variety of commercial and municipal clients and represents community associations and property management companies. He has successfully argued cases before courts in the districts he is admitted and has helped his clients achieve successful results in his practice areas. He has also arbitrated various construction, personal injury, and product liability matters in New York and Pennsylvania.
Before joining Callahan & Fusco, Mr. Ayes served as a law clerk for the Honorable Anthony J. Graziano, Superior Court, Civil Division in Passaic County, New Jersey for the 2006-2007 court term. In his position, Mr. Ayes reviewed civil motions and advised the Judge on the applicable legal positions of the parties and assisted the Judge in deciding motions. Mr. Ayes also served as a mediator for landlord-tenant and small claims cases.
