David Stecklow (he/him) joined the firm in 2021. Mr. Stecklow’s practice specializes in various types of matters ranging from premises liability and personal injury to interstate trucking. Before joining Callahan & Fusco, Mr. Stecklow was a Partner in the New York City firm of Lester Schwab Katz & Dwyer where he defended personal injury matters in both New York and New Jersey State and Federal Courts. Mr. Stecklow has represented major retailers and national trucking companies for over 25 years. He initially started his legal career in Florida working for a prominent insurance defense firm.
Mr. Stecklow is admitted in the State and Federal Courts of New York and New Jersey, as well as Florida and the District of Columbia. Mr. Stecklow is a 1991 graduate of the University of Vermont and a 1994 graduate of the University of Miami School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude.
