Through its products liability practice, Callahan & Fusco, LLC. represents automobile manufacturers and dealerships, manufacturers and distributors of chemicals, metals, optical equipment, apparel and food products, as well as the interests of forklift and automatic lift companies.

The potential for liability based upon an allegedly defective product requires particular sensitivity to the needs of the client both internally and in the marketplace, in addition to an aggressive defense. In that regard, we regularly interact with our clients, corporate attorneys, insurers and claims administrators. Additionally, we work closely with experts, nationwide, to provide the most vigorous defense for our clients.

Most recently, the firm has been involved in the defense of a major automotive manufacturer and one of its local dealers in a wrongful death litigation, with national news exposure and implications of a potential unprecedented automotive recall.
