The defense litigation practice of the firm is headed by the firm’s co-founding and managing partner, Christopher G. Fusco, Esq., and his partner, Charles J. Reiter, Esq. The firm’s General Liability practice has sub-specialties in handling litigation involving automobile accidents, property damage, forklift, automatic lift, premises liability, negligent security, fire, sports-related cases and Dram Shop Act violation cases.
