Hitham Eldaher is a Senior Associate for Callahan & Fusco, based in their Florida office. With a focus on complex civil litigation matters, Mr. Eldaher possesses a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in these cases. His dedication and expertise have earned him recognition as a rising star in Florida for the years 2022-2024.

Before joining Callahan & Fusco, Mr. Eldaher honed his skills at one of Florida's largest insurance defense firms. His practice encompassed a wide range of construction and civil litigation matters, where he represented and advised developers, contractors, and subcontractors in disputes. His proficiency in handling cases related to defects, contracts, and lien enforcement ensured favorable outcomes for his clients.

In addition to his work in insurance defense, Mr. Eldaher served as an assistant public defender. During his tenure, he passionately advocated for indigent clients in juvenile court, ensuring their rights were protected and their voices were heard. His commitment to justice extended to adult felony court, where he skillfully handled criminal defense matters before departing the Public Defender's Office.

Mr. Eldaher earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 2017. Throughout his time in law school, he focused his studies on pre-trial and trial advocacy, as well as complex civil litigation and procedure. His dedication and exceptional abilities were recognized when he received honors in Miami's Litigation Skills program during his second year.

To further augment his legal knowledge, Mr. Eldaher sought practical experience through internships at esteemed institutions. He interned at the Nassau County District Attorney's Office in New York, the Federal Public Defender's Office in Miami, Disability Independence Group, and Gray Robinson, P.A. These opportunities allowed him to gain invaluable insights into various legal issues and refine his skills.
