Mr. Bahramian focuses his practice on insurance litigation, commercial vehicle litigation, premises liability, and workers’ compensation litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, he had experience working in workers' compensation litigation, including the Health Insurance Matching Program, labor market attachment issues, Medicare Set Aside allocation, and Section 32 settlements.
During law school, he worked with the Environmental Advocacy Clinic, where he represented environmental non-profit organizations in legal matters including agriculture, lead poisoning advocacy and mitigation, and the designation of wetlands of international importance with the Ramsar Convention.
He also worked with the UB Sports Law Practicum, where he handled matters such as analysis and comparison of National Football League stadium renovations and relevant leases, development of sponsorship packaging strategies, creating economic models to reflect different financing options, and producing an economic development impact analysis of stadium renovation and construction options.
Mr. Bahramian served as a submissions editor for the Buffalo Environmental Law Journal, and an associate with the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review.
Mr. Bahramian is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County and the New York State Bar Association.
