Ben Lofaro joined the firm as Senior Counsel for Callahan & Fusco in Florida. Mr. Lofaro has spent most of his career, both in New York and Florida, representing insurance carriers and their insureds in a broad range of civil litigation matters. Cases handled by Mr. Lofaro include auto and trucking claims, premises liability claims, professional liability matters (architects, engineers, attorneys, real estate agents, title agents and insurance agents, among others) and matters involving homeowner and condominium associations. Mr. Lofaro has also represented business owners in labor and employment matters as well as in general business litigation.
Prior to joining Callahan & Fusco in 2024, Mr. Lofaro worked for several regional and national law firms in both New York and Florida. He has tried numerous cases to verdict in both State and Federal Courts.
Mr. Lofaro earned his undergraduate degree in Public Administration from Bernard M. Baruch College, part of the City University of New York. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law in New York.
