Joseph Morse is an Associate for Callahan & Fusco. He is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, where he concentrates his practice on trucking and transportation, premises liability, construction, and other general liability matters. He primarily represents large trucking companies, independent contractors, and businesses in Massachusetts.
Additionally, Joseph brings with him over 25 years of practical experience across the financial services, government, and gas and electric utilities industries. As an expert in energy regulatory issues, he focused on achieving successful regulatory outcomes in New York and Massachusetts for a large multinational utility company. He can advise energy and public utility companies on legal, regulatory, commercial, and legislative matters to support their objectives and ensure compliance.
Joseph is also a community member of the Harvard Mediation Program and has mediated disputes in Massachusetts District Court since 2016.
Joseph graduated cum laude from the evening program at New England Law ǀ Boston. He served as a Comment and Note Editor for the New England Law Review, was recognized on the Public Service Honor Roll, and was awarded the Trustee Martin C. Foster Service Award. During law school, Joe was a law clerk at a boutique law firm specializing in employment and business litigation, and at a private criminal defense practice in Massachusetts.
