For more than 30 years, Francine has litigated a full spectrum of legal matters, at both the state and federal level, in every county in New Jersey and in the five boroughs of New York City and surrounding regions of New York State. She has successfully resolved complex issues through motions, mediations, arbitrations, trials, and appeals, and she has served as a court-appointed attorney in conservatorship and guardianship cases. Her expertise in the areas of construction law and premises liability is particularly noteworthy, and she has authored and co-authored publications on related topics, including a chapter in the treatise New York Construction Law (Aspen Publishing 2003) and the article "Building a Safe Haven: Limitation of Liability Clauses," A.B.A. Construction Lawyer Vol. 20, no. 1 (Jan. 2000).
Francine enjoys developing creative solutions to her clients’ challenges, and her clients in turn appreciate her warmth, energy, and intuitiveness. She is proficient at crafting and writing winning arguments; she demonstrates the wisdom to identify, and prepare for, any weaknesses in a case. She is dedicated to her clients’ welfare and is committed to pursuing and achieving the best possible outcome for each individual and organization she represents.
Francine holds a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University (Camden), where she served as Articles Editor of the school’s law review periodical. Previously, she was the recipient of a four-year National Merit Scholarship to Bucknell University, from which she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Economics.
After earning her law degree, Francine served as Law Secretary to the Honorable Kevin M. O'Halloran, Presiding Judge of the General Equity Part of the Chancery Division of the New Jersey Superior Court. She also gained valuable experience in the federal court system when she interned for the Honorable Nicholas H. Politan of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. In addition, she was a member of the Vanderbilt Inns of Court for the 1994-96 term.
Francine believes strongly in giving back to her community and is a willing volunteer for worthy causes.
