Eileen Kaplan joined the firm as Senior Counsel in 2025. Ms. Kaplan’s practice centers on appeals and substantive motions in New York courts. She is well versed in the CPLR, and decisional and statutory law related to tort litigation in New York state. Ms. Kaplan has a special interest in New York’s Labor Law.
Most of Ms. Kaplan’s career has been spent on the plaintiffs’ side, having worked previously in large and small plaintiffs’ personal injury firms.
