Ashley Lewis is an Associate in the Decatur, Georgia office at Callahan & Fusco, where she concentrates her practice on matters related to general liability and insurance defense.
Ms. Lewis earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Benedict College, majoring in Political Science while graduating summa cum laude in 2011. She later earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School and initially worked for a boutique creditor rights’ firm, where she gained high level experience assisting with post-judgment collection matters including but not limited to garnishments, liens, and bankruptcies.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lewis also spent a few years handling landlord-tenant eviction cases in Georgia, achieving favorable outcomes for her clients. She has experience representing both landlords and tenants in residential and commercial disputes. In addition to her work in landlord-tenant law, Ms. Lewis also has a strong background in handling first party property insurance claims. Her diverse legal expertise highlights her commitment to providing tailored legal and creative solutions.
