Ms. Heinz focuses her practice on insurance litigation, commercial vehicle litigation, premises liability, and workers’ compensation litigation.
During law school, she worked with the Family Violence and Women’s Rights Clinic and served as a Research Assistant under Professor Anthony O’Rourke. Ms. Heinz also served as an associate with the Buffalo Environmental Law Journal. Additionally, she was a Pro Bono Scholar and graduate Cum Laude from the University at Buffalo.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an Assistant District Attorney at the Erie County District Attorney’s Office, where she handled a variety of criminal matters, including domestic violence cases. Further, she has experience in workers’ compensation litigation, as well as Federal and New York State employment law matters.
Ms. Heinz is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County and the New York State Bar Association.
