Per Order of the Hon. Glenn A. Grant dated January 7, 2021, virtual civil jury trials will resume across five vicinages beginning on or after February 1, 2021. Initially, there will be a consent requirement to conduct such a proceeding. However, beginning April 5, 2021, virtual civil jury trials will resume across all vicinages, and there will no longer be a consent requirement.
